China International Emergency Management Exhibition 2024 was successfully held

On November 13, 2024, the China International Emergency Management Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as “CHINA EMERGENCY”) 2024 kicked off at the China National Convention Center (CNCC) in Beijing. This year's exhibition continued the theme of “Pioneering Safety Through Innovation, Harnessing Intelligence for Emergency Response” of the previous edition, and invited 200+ enterprises from home and abroad to participate upon selection. It featured a display area up to 23,500 square meters, as well as 55,000 trade visitors onsite, a record-hitting number.
Wang Xiangxi, Party Chief and Minister of the Ministry of Emergency Management, visited the exhibition. Vice Minister of Emergency Management Xu Jiaai and Vice Mayor of Beijing Mu Peng attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Zhou Tian, Huang Jinsheng, Wang Kun and other leaders of the Ministry of Emergency Management also visited the exhibition.
Ambassadors from 13 countries including Afghanistan, Egypt, Ethiopia, Cambodia, Mozambique, Nicaragua, Trinidad and Tobago and Uruguay, the emergency management departments and international organizations from 25 BRI countries and the equipment purchasing missions from 28 countries participated in the activities.
The organizer held two concurrent home events of the exhibition, including the Opening Ceremony and the Emergency Response Technology Matchmaking Event for BRI countries. Relevant industry organizations or enterprises organized 10 special exchange activities, while exhibiting companies held 9 new product launches and technical service promotion events. Approximately 6,000 representatives from home and abroad participated in these activities to engage in technical exchanges and communication for cooperation.
