“Zhanhong”the first aerial emergency command aircraft in China was jointly developed by Ministry of Emergency Management Big Data Center and CETC Wuhu Diamond Aircraft Manufacture Co., Ltd. Based on twin-engine, four-seat DA42 platform,“Zhanhong” is equipped with emergency command computer platform, aerial camera, optoelectronic device and satellite communications, etc., making it an aircraft which can carry out daily patrol and quickly arrive at the disaster site in case of a disaster.
As a crucial part of digital battlefield system of the aviation emergency rescue, “Zhanhong”  can be applied to all stages of disaster prevention and control. “Zhanhong” possesses four major functions , aerial reconnaissance and survey, aerial emergency communication, integrated command and scheduling, and aerial aided decision-making, which greatly improves disaster and accident relief capacity and on-site command and dispatching emergency operation capabilities and promotes the emergency capacity of emergency management departments at all levels.
