01丨防震标签Impact Label

货物贴上防震标签后,当货物在装卸或运输过程中受到强烈的外力撞击,超过特定的重力加速度(G值),防震标签的警示窗口,将由白色变为红色,且一旦发生变色皆无法复原,由此来证明该物品是否有发生冲击或高处掉落的事件。这可作为货物交收时判定该货物之前是否有受到非正常装卸和运输作业的做好凭证,而且可促使相关的工作人员对贴有防震标签的货物在装卸运输过程中更加倍小心,从而更有效的降低了货物的损坏率。

Shock Indicator is an impact detection label indicating and recording unexpected shock impact during parcels or goods transportation and storage. The window of the label will turn from white to red when the impact occurs and the red is permanent act as a best evidence of mishandling to the customers.

The Shock Indicator label is attached to the vertical surface of the product or the packaging. It would be activated and turn to RED if the product was suffered rough handling or potential damage, and keep the result forever. It should be noted that normal handling and vibration would NOT activate the Shock Indicator.
